Andria Pennant, MD, FACOG

Andria Pennant, MD is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has over 20 years of experience in the field. Dr. Pennant received her medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UMD-New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. 

In addition to private practice, Dr. Pennant has a background in academics, having held a faculty appointment at Hackensack Medical Center in New Jersey. She has also been featured in New Jersey Top Docs. Dr. Pennant has a caring, humanistic nature and aims that her patients come away from every interaction knowing that they received personalized attention. She is a good listener who instills in her patients, a sense of comfort that they can approach her with whatever their issue may be. Dr. Pennant loves making patients feel good about themselves and empowered to make decisions regarding their overall health and wellness. She is committed to excellence in patient care, guiding women throughout various stages of life.         

Dr. Pennant enjoys a collegial, respectful relationship with her peers and staff alike.

Dr. Pennant was born and raised in Jamaica, West Indies. She migrated to the United States as a young adult. After working at Xerox Corporation, she made a career shift into medicine. When she is not at the office, Dr. Pennant enjoys traveling, gardening, singing and whipping up culinary delights. 

Megan E. Deacon-Casey, MD, DABR, RPVI

Co-Founder and Aesthetic Director

Dr. Deacon-Casey has been practicing in Jacksonville, Florida since 2003. She earned her medical degree at Meharry Medical College where she was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She went on to complete an internship at Nashville General Hospital and a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville, Florida. She completed fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Florida/Shands, Jacksonville. Dr. Deacon-Casey is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology in both Diagnostic Radiology and Vascular and Interventional Radiology.

Dr. Deacon-Casey's passion and interests include comprehensive vein care, women's health, AV dialysis intervention, and male infertility. She has extensive experience with vascular diagnosis and treatment of chronic venous insufficiency, vein disease, uterine fibroids, and Pelvic Congestion Syndrome.

Dr. Deacon-Casey was the Chief of Interventional Radiology at St. Vincent's Healthcare, Southside Campus for many years before co-founding Ponte Vedra Vein Institute and Diagnostic Center. She currently practices at outpatient facilities and specializes in vascular disease with minimally invasive treatments.

Dr. Deacon-Casey is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and has over ten years of experience. Her professional memberships include the American College of Radiology, American Roentgen Ray Society, Society of Interventional Radiology and American College of Phlebology. Married and the mother of two, Dr. Deacon-Casey enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, tennis, music, singing and an active member of her church.
